Bind it All 'botch job'

...I remember using this expression back in Australia.
What happened?
Well I wanted to make a mini album for a friend (pictures of her with C3 as she is his biggest fan).
I managed to ruin the covers I tried covering up my botched job with pattern paper if you do not look too closely you will not see it! LOL

Not long now till we squeeze ourselves into a little plane that will take us to Kato Zakros in Crete. I am looking forward to 10days of peace and quiet.......I hope so as C3 will be with us, he has not been in the best of moods these past few days. I suppose he misses his friends and Athens is empty i.e. the parks are barren of children. The irony is the day we leave for holidays is the date a lot of people will be returning from their summer holidays.
I am not going to worry about that now as I have a lot of work in front of me and 2 baby books to make as two friends have just had babies and also make some layouts for various challenges.

Challenging challenges!

I have been physically swamped with work....my eyes are tired from so much computer time and I cannot sleep as I am excited about so many things!!...so many things on the horizon which I cannot talk about now (I know that's lame) seriously I have a habit of jinxing myself every time I talk prematurely about the future......
I have also made time to scrap......... it helps immensely that G is taking half days from the office the business world is quiet, Athens is close to a ghost town as it's inhabitants have migrated to the mountains or islands for a fresh air and cool breezes.
Thus, dear G has been looking after C3 so I can work in peace and sneak in a scrappie or two.

This one is for the scrapbookers in Greece challenge for August...we had to make a layout using a grid...so I thought of a calendar



















This one is for the scrapbook 101 August challenge..we had to use stamping in our journalling, a non scrapbooking embellishment I used my fan which is altered a little glimmer misted it blue and added glitter! LOl......and you had to add borders so I used ric rac and lace around the photo



















I am off to rest my eyes.......

All the actors are superb..........when my girlfriend and I were deciding what film to see we decided on a drama........well it was a little.....I had a great laugh and the dialogue is fantastic.
We also decided to watch the film outdoors.......In Greece during the summer months they have open air cinemas something this Aussie was in awe of, having grown up in huge cinema complexes like Village Roadshow.
To my surprise a lot of the patrons on Thursday night left their pack of oral fixation at the door, so it was a wonderfully cool evening and nicotine free.
