this will be the last time I neglect this blog!
Yes it has been a long time..
Unfortunately after Greek orthodox Easter
my MIL fell and broke her hip
(classic elderly lady break)
well after 20 days in hospital and me by her side all day
she finally went home, she was bedridden for a month
doctors wanted to make sure the bone healed and
due to her loss of memory and dementia they were afraid she would get up and walk
thus causing damage to the break!
Anywayyyyy
we found a woman to live in with her
and look after her
I thought this would make my life much much easier
but
Noooooooooooo!!!
I dont know where to begin
on any average day I have to deal with doctors physios shopping pharmacists
then there is the drama between the two new roomies!!!
I tell you I have been pulling my hair out!!
Anywayyyyyyyyyy
I did manage to make a layout for
and our word this month is
here is my take on the challenge and it is loosely based on
fabulous sketch for the month
here are some close ups!!
make sure you head on over to the blog to see what the rest of the team created!
I also promise to come by your blogs and leave some love!!!
till next time!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteOh dear Irini my heart goes out to you and your dear MIL. I thank you for your kind words but I think it's been harder for you with the dementia too. Hope she improves really soon and remember to take some time for yourself. If you become ill she will have no help at all! I love your take on the latest challenge. The photo is so sweet and it is perfect for the papers you chose. Take care and big hugs from the UK.
