Far away from home.....

This layout is for the World cup extra challenge on the Studio challenge blog.......
We were to use Zakumi (the mascot for the World Cup) as our muse........
I used his colours as they remind me of the colours of Australia...............
where I was born and grew up............
and where my parents and brother live........
plus I always wanted to scrap this photo of my parents whom I miss very much...


The picket fence and tree are chipboard die cuts from Sfragidomania..............
which I just dressed with paper................

  2. Δεν έχω λόγια, Ειρήνη, είναι φανταστικό!! Οι τεχνικές που χρησιμοποίησες του έδωσαν μεγάλη ποιότητα και στυλ! Επίσης με συγκίνησε πολύ όλο το ύφος της σύνθεσης και η φωτογραφία...

Ειρήνη μου... με άγγιξε παρα πολύ αυτή σου η σύνθεση... μοιραζόμαστε τα ίδια συναισθήματα και δεν θα μπορούσα να διαφωνίσω καθόλου με τον τίτλο... το ξέφτισμα του χαρτιού στην πάνω δεξιά και κάτω αριστερή γωνία μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ αλλά και αυτό που έκανες με τα die cuts των κοριτσιών απίθανο... η υφή του ξύλου... λες και έχεις ένα αληθινό δέντρο.. μπράβο σου...
