I feel gooooooddddd!!!

Finally!!!!!!!!!
on Tuesday evening I got some alone time.....
cause my boyz never let me out of their sight!!
I started working on a few mini cards......
then on to bigger cards then..............
I passed out............
I needed sleep.........

Phone call on Tuesday afternoon with Josephine (aka 14yr old Parisian gum smacking goth aka bonus daughter aka C3's sister)

Jos: hi Irini
Me: Hi sweetie how are you?
Jos: You will be happy to know I am a feminist!! (sound of gum smacking every second word)
Me: Oh wow how did that happen do you have a fever or a nasty rash??? LOL
Jos: Iriniiiiiii ....I'm like serious I hate boys
Me: Who was he and what did he do to you?
Jos: They are so like stupid they do not how to treat a woman!!
Me: silence as I was choking on my cup of tea!!!!!!!!!!


I will learn more on Sunday......
as that is when our pubesecent Parisian goth princess arrives.............
and I will be in for some gum smacking teenager angst diva grief!!!

Finally the weekend is here!!

I cannot tell you how much I am looking forward to this weekend because:

I do not have to wake up at 6am.....

there are NO kiddie parties (doing a happy dance) this weekend

I will find time to scrap (I know I can I know I can......for all the Thomas the Tank Engine fans)

This weekend marks the begining of lent for the Greek Orthodox calendar and I cant wait so I can go vegan...get all that animal and proccessed crap out of me!!

I will be baking oatmeal ginger choc hcip cookies and choc cupcakes with C3 supervising of course!!

I will finally fix my office

did i say that i will get some scrapping done??

I will see family on Monday and enjoy our meat free meal !!! yum yum yum (I dislike meat...have you figured that out??)

I will take C3 to the cinema...can't find any adults to tag along to keep me company! :(......doesn't matter quality time with C3

I will practise my crochet and play with all different fibres that I have from cross stitching!!

Hopefully we will fly a kite as is traditionally done on the last week of madis gras

after reading all that I know I need to take and break and have a cup of tea!!

I *heart* crocheting

I am in love with crocheting!!

I thought women who crocheted made only doilies (yes I am a dork).....

I dislike doilies on furniture.....
a doilies purpose is to be painted, glimmer misted or anything else creative that comes to mind then be placed on a scrapbook layout!!

then I discovered the beauty of crocheted scarfs etc......
so with the help of my good friend eleni and you tube I learnt to crochet............
and these are the projects I intend to make!! (did I hear you laugh???)
I'll show ya!!!!!...soon....I think!!!

vegetable pie anyone???

It's cold and raining here today..............
so I thought I would make a vegetable pie.........

"La Vie en rose"

Yesterday afternoon the boyz and I got to be backstage groupies at the Megaron Mousikis
An old friend of G's, Raymond Gonzales ...(no not the famous guitarist) a show biz producer, they are old friends way back when G worked for CBS in Paris..So Raymond came to Athens as an agent for a troupe that are performing a dedication to Edith Piaf at the Megaro.

C3 and I lost Gregory to nostalgia this weekend as he spent every waking moment with Raymond apart from when he was the welcome service at the crop on Saturday!!

I digress as usual...............

The show was fantastic very witty and moving.....I actually cried at the end as Edith lived a short difficult life and it became even more tragic when she lost the love of her life....

We took C3 along with us for the experience.......he did amazingly well for a six year old...at one point I thought his jeans had been invaded by ants as he had not stopped fidgeting!!

Another wonderful moment was when the actress was singing and the crowd was mesmerized and just before the crowd clapped you know the awkward pause when a singer has finished but the crowd are not too sure if they should clap...well at this silent moment the love of my life my,.. reason for being...the light in my life decides to shout "MAMA IS IT OVER YET!!"

there was laughter and thankfully the actors didn't say anything!!

Unfotunately they leave this morning for Paris but they will be back ,as all three shows were sold out...keep an eye out for them...I will let you know.....

The show consists of 3 actors/performers Nathalie Lhermitte who portrays Edith Piaf
Aurelien Noël who is the accordian player accompanying Nathalie and Jacques Pessis is the narrator in the show he is also the script writer .

He walked past me going to his dressing room, just before he entered the room he ran up to me and nestled his face in my neck and took a deep breath and shouted AHhhh Thierry Mugler!!

No he is not gay~!!!!!!!...................
